Real assets specialist

Founded in 2009, SLM Partners is a natural real assets manager driven by impact. Our team invests directly in land and partners with skilled local operators to build regenerative, resilient and profitable land systems.

Global Institutional Asset Manager

We manage funds and separate accounts in three geographies with US$580 million in assets. We work with institutions, family offices and other long-term investors. We invest in croplands, grasslands and forests. Our strategies provide investors with the benefits of natural real assets - portfolio diversification, income yield, a hedge against inflation - while delivering positive environmental impacts.

Impact Investor

We believe that we can only achieve truly sustainable financial returns if we are enhancing natural capital. All our strategies seek to generate positive impacts on soil health, water, biodiversity, carbon storage, and local communities, while building resilience to climate change and other risks. Our investments accelerate the transition from business-as-usual towards regenerative land management.
