Cathy Finlayson shares the roles and responsibilities, and works in partnership with her husband Graham who is directly responsible for the management units of the SLM Australia Livestock Fund. Cathy also specialises in human resources, collates information and is the direct link between the on-farm SLM management team and the head office at Varsity Lakes.

Cathy originally grew up on a farm in the western districts of Victoria, and has previously developed her own tourism business, before becoming heavily involved in regenerative agriculture & holistic management on their own property at Brewarrina.
